This page is maintained by the Trackr team to explain how we handle your data.
When you create an account, we store your login credentials (managed by our authentication provider) and any profile information you choose to add, such as a display name or avatar.
If you link your PlayStation Network account, you provide a one-time NPSSO token so Trackr can read your public game library, trophy list, playtime hours, and profile data. We do not collect your PlayStation password.
We use your data to build your personal game library, track your backlog, display trophy progress, and keep your data synchronized across devices. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We keep your account and imported game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and imported library data from our systems within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep data for legal or security purposes.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page in the app. If you need help, contact us at the email below.
Trackr uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for authentication and app functionality. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
